We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal, allowing us easy access to the beach and other attractions. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room service was prompt and the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless. The laundry service was a great convenience, especially after a day at the beach. The airport shuttle made our arrival and departure stress-free, and the tours/ticket assistance helped us plan our daily activities. The room amenities such as the ironing facilities and air conditioning added to our overall comfort. The mini-bar and dressing area were also a nice touch.

First of all, there was no ramp at the main entrance, making it difficult for my husband who has difficulties climbing stairs. Another downside was having to ask for the official receipt, which should be provided to guests as soon as they pay for their lodging.
